The yards along the roads are dynamic and high-risk environments where every second counts. Watching the signs, means and operators in the field means creating an invisible perimeter of protection to save lives and prevent accidents.
Persons, means and signs
We keep the site and the workers through integrated GPS sensors and wearable devices. We detect real-time impacts, overturning or shifting vertical signs, impact on guard-rails, vehicle speeds in transit (via radar and cameras) and operator safety with man-to-ground warning systems ("Angel Pocket Rescue").
If a sign is knocked down or an imminent danger occurs, Angel Road Site generates an instant alarm by sending sound alerts and mobile notifications directly to the operators on site and to the control unit, allowing a quick restoration of the signs and the safety of the workers.

Operational control
From the remote operating console, the Safety Manager (RSPP/CSP/CSE) and the Road operators can monitor the site in real time on vector map, comparing the actual layout of the signage with the design layout (DWG file).
The platform tracks the position of the cartels, the means of work and the operators, archiving the history of the trajectories, traffic and criticalities detected. Thanks to the LoRaWAN® protocol, data coverage and transmission are also guaranteed in motorway or mountain construction sites without cellular connectivity.
